Character
: Karashj Rane
Race
: Human
Faction
: Cabal
Description
: Karashj (pronounced K
aa
-raaysh) Rane is a pale, gaunt human of age 29, standing at 6'5'' high. His features are sharp and have a look some would probably call 'hungry'. He has short, straight dark chestnut hair and deep-set almond-shaped yellow eyes. More often than not Karashj Rane is seen in an apparel suitable to travel and combat alike, his rather elaborate cowled robe being of color black, with embossed worn gray armor covering his torso, gauntlets protecting his upper arm and the backs of his hands and a cape over his shoulders. The said armor is designed to be light and comfortable, giving the wearer as much freedom of movement and ability to use the Shadow as possible. A slightly wider than most standard models utility belt completes his garments, and his curved-hilt light blade is attached to it.
Finding the word 'Lord' too pretentious as well as too common, Karashj Rane calls himself the Cabal Knyaz, the word taking its roots to one of the many now-dead human languages.
Location
: Xoroth
The Cabal Knyaz danced among the rows of battle droids in one of the training dojos, his light blade singing a hymn of freedom and violence as it tore through the ranks of machinery, leaving nothing behind but brittle shreds. Every so often Karashj would break the pattern of his movements to turn around in a matter of nanoseconds and cause an unstable, shivering tendril of Shadow to jump through the air of Xoroth from his palm and onto a droid's chestplate, ripping it open and frying the insides.
"Through victory my chains are broken," Karashj Rane spoke, deflecting a shot from behind without even having to look at the droid shooting - who was already lying on the floor, stricken down by his own weapon as the projectile reflected from Rane's weapon.
"The Shadow shall set me free," the Cabal Knyaz continued, plunging his light blade deep into the nearest droid's chest.

Kardys
Location: Draenor
Description:
Kardys is a human, although it isn't readily apparent at first sight. He always had an interest in technology, and eventually started an implant shop. It was taken down by the Templar for not having a license to operate, and for rumors that he was operating in things of a less tasteful nature.
Kardys fled during the raid and journeyed to Draenor, where he set up an implant shop. Working steadily, he soon converted himself to be 80% bionic. He constantly wears a hooded red robe to cover up his misshapen body, along with a mask to cover his face, which is equipped with a breather mask, voice changer and radio. He uses implants to fight and carries an assault blaster hidden in his robes.
Kardys sat at a table in a bar, tastefully known as the
Severed Leg
. He was nervous, but his implants stopped any physical impression from showing. A customer was coming, a Templar, supposedly.
This is bad news...
Fordarin Orebeard
Location:
The Imperator
, Interplanetary space
Description:
Fordarin is a member of the long lasting Orebeard clan, which sent every member of the clan to battle in the war against the Legion. They were awarded highest honors for their efforts. Pleased, the family settled back into the area of Azeroth designated as Ironforge, an artificially shaped mountain built upon a gigantic metal pedestal. There, they went into the business of starship creating. Fordarin, a hot headed dwarf Templar, asked the family for a starship, and they agreed. The result was
The Imperator,
a large starship crewed by droids. It is the dwarf's vehicle of justice, and he uses it to deal retribution wherever it is needed.
He has long blonde hair, an unbraided blonde beard and is heavily muscled.
"
Update: This ship will be arriving in Argus Space within 10 minutes.
" Fordarin glanced up, and nodded at the computerized voice. He checked his Light Blade, nodded, and set back to wait.
Umbras
Location: Xoroth
Description:
Umbras is a tall, dark haired night elf. He is a bit of an oddity, being a Cabalist, but his family has traces of Highborne in it. He wears long, black robes, a black hood and black mask covering the bottom of his face. Dark goggles cover his eyes, making his face impossible to read. He carries a Dark Blade on his belt, and several knives hidden around his person. He has use of psionics, and lets people know.
Umbras watched impassively as a Cabalist, Knyaz, he remembered, tore through droids. "You are savage," the night elf said softly through his voice changer. "Wild, and powerful."

Character
: Gregory Mandrake
Race
: Human
Faction
: Templar
Description
: Gregory is a Templar Knight, too young and hot-headed to become a Guardian even though he shows enough potential to aspire to it.
He stands at 6'2'' tall, and is broad-shouldered by human standards, with well-developed muscles whose sight hints of hundreds of hours of dedicated training. Not bothering himself with armor, Gregory wears simple sand yellow overtunic and a pair of loose-fitting pants, tucked into knee-high leather boots - sometimes joined by a flowing dark brown robe to protect him from harsh weather. To his utility belt an abnormally long hilt is attached - no wonder, since his light blade possesses not one, but two emitters.
His long reddish brown hair is done into a ponytail that ends just above his shoulder line. Beneath his sharp nose and a pair of bottle-green eyes who more often than not sparkle with mischief is almost always a wide ear to ear grin.
Location
: Azeroth - Templar Sanctuary
"Whoops, sorrys," Gregory muttered apologetically yet cheerfully, bumping into Jenae due to him paying more attention to the statues than to what was happening around him.
Character
: Karashj Rane
Location
: Xoroth
"You have forgotten to add, 'A useful tool in delicate hands', haven't you?" Karashj laughed mockingly, hurling his light blade and decapitating five droids in the process.

"If it makes you feel better," Umbras grinned maliciously behind his mask. "I'm not sure if anything about you could be called delicate."

"Whatever."
The Knyaz, holding his light blade in his strong, left hand, its tip pointed into the ground, raised his right arm and clenched his fist. The remaining droids - not more than a dozen - floated into the air as if lifted by invisible hands. A second later, those invisible hands crushed them like a child crumples clay, the difference being showers of sparkles raised by dying electronics.
"What is it you want, Umbras?" Karashj asked once nothing moved on the training floor but him.

Umbras
Location: Xoroth
"The universe is stirring, Karashj. Currents are shifting. I have a simple question. When the tides shift, will you be on my side, the side of power? Or will you join that soft fool, who's held us back from destroying the Templar?" Umbras asked, pacing around Karashj.

"Have you gone mad after toying with minds?" Karashj raised his eyebrows. "You want to drag the Order into direct confrontation with the Templar?"

Umbras
Location: Xoroth
"There's resentment throughout the Sector. Draenor refuses to participate in the Templar. The people of Azeroth grow angry at the Templar's actions." Umbras stopped by a downed droid and picked up its head. "You see this head? It is the Temple."
He clenched his hand, and the head shattered. "That's what happens when the people are stirred to revolt."
He start pacing again. "Of course we wouldn't directly confront the Templar, but if we stir up the people enough, they will do our job for us. The Templar will be powerless, as it will be impossible to connect it to us."

"Rushird makes sense, I'll grant him that," the Knyaz laughed, then went back to seriousness, "What makes you think, bishonen elf, that you'd make a better leader than what we have now?"
