Real easy to get this tabard. Just took 2 days of complete all the quests in Nagrand and Zangarmarsh and grinding for Obsidian Warbeads. Not to mention all the other loot and the endless amount of netherweave that drops, you can actually make some decent gold. Tabard looks great with the T10.5 DK set.

Tabards really need to be available when Revered. What's the point of them if you're already exalted. You've already done all the hard work.
